Capsules: vegetable capsules 100% plant-derived material (HPMC: hydroxy, propyl, methyl, and cellulose) (HPMC is a wood pulp derived from the softwood tree species including Pine and Spruce), Purified water.
All capsules are bagged and shipped in a foil lined pouch with silica gel packs to help protect against moisture. Please store in a cool, dry place to ensure capsules don’t sweat in warmer weather.

Much easier and taste much better than eating the seeds. However, what is the difference between the seed and the leaves? Should I be using BOTH at the same time?
